The electronic visa for Mongolia has been in effect since June 1, 2021. 98 nationalities are eligible for this e-Visa and have the possibility to visit the country for stays of up to 30 days, extendable on site. Its price is 84 € through us. A transit e-Visa is also possible for stays of 10 days or less . It is issued in 72 hours for the most urgent requests.

Mongolia no longer requires quarantine upon arrival or PCR testing prior to departure, regardless of vaccination status.

In January 2023, Mongolian authorities decided to exempt 34 nationalities from visa requirements as part of their tourism program. These nationalities can travel for tourism only to Mongolia for up to 30 days without a visa until the end of 2025. If you are traveling to Mongolia for any reason other than tourism or for more than 30 days, a visa at the embassy will be required.

The request for extension is done on the internet, and then you will have to go to Ulaanbaatar to confirm this extension for 30 new days.

For a trip to Mongolia, the visa is a mandatory document. Its price through us is 84 € for a tourist, cultural, art or sports visa and allows you to stay 30 days . The transit visa is priced at 54 € and allows you to stay 10 days.

It is also possible to obtain a Mongolian visa on arrival only for the following nationalities: United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar.

We advise you to apply online at least 5 days before your arrival in Mongolia. If your reason for visiting Mongolia is different, we advise you to apply for a classic Mongolian visa at the nearest Mongolian Embassy or Consulate.

When to go to Mongolia?

If you are looking for clear skies and sunny days, the best time to visit Mongolia is in the summer, from June to September. Temperatures are mild and the sky is blue, perfect for outdoor activities such as camping, hiking and horseback riding.

If you want to experience traditional Mongolian culture, visit the country during the Naadam festival in July. This annual celebration, which features traditional sports like wrestling and archery, is a great way to immerse yourself in the country's rich culture.
